To keep automated spam out, the form loads Cloudflare Turnstile the first time you click into it. Turnstile checks the browser and returns a token that is sent with the request; Cloudflare processes that check under its own privacy policy.
What the website itself records
- Analytics. The site uses Cloudflare's web analytics for this host, which counts page views and general information such as the page, the referring site, the browser type and the country, without setting cookies.
- Session storage. The site keeps one value in your browser's session storage, the label for how you first reached the site, so a request sent later in the same visit carries it. It is cleared when the browser tab session ends.
- The tools. The cost calculator and the lot clearing checklist run in your browser. Your answers are kept in the page address so you can share a result; they are not sent to us unless you send the form.
- Server logs. Like any website, the hosting provider handles technical request data, such as IP address and browser, to deliver and protect the site. The IP address of a form request is passed to the bot check.
The site does not use advertising cookies or sell browsing data.
How long it is kept
Requests are kept for as long as needed to answer them, carry out and follow up on the work, and keep ordinary business records. Ask, and we will delete what we hold about you unless we must keep it for a legal reason.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. You can also use the site without sending the form at all; the phone number works just as well.
Children
The site is meant for adults arranging work on land. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If what the site collects or where it goes changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top is updated.
